RULES:
Booking at Maison D'Or, implies acceptance of these regulations.
RATES:
The daily rate for the apartment includes the supply of electricity water and gas, int connection.Any other services requested by the client must be paid separately.Any consumption highly disproportionate to normal usage will be charged to the guest.Tourist tax: 2 euros per person per night, must be paid upon check in.
RESERVATION:
It is possible to make a reservation on the website or by phone at +39 348 7992428 number also active in whatsapp.Payment can be made in the following ways: bank transfer, credit cards (Stripe platform) or cash at check in.CANCELLATION PENALTY:
Reservations cancelled up to 2 days prior to arrival will incur no charge.After that date the full amount will be charged.In case of discounted, non-refundable rate no amount will be refunded in any case.Reservations must be changed or cancelled in writing by sending an email to [email protected] within the agreed time limit.

CHECK IN:

At least 24H prior to arrival, the client is required to notify the property of the estimated time of arrival in order to receive an adequate welcome.On the day of arrival, the apartment can be taken over from 3pm unless otherwise agreed with the property.

Prior to arrival, guests must go through the WEB CHEKIN procedure, which involves uploading a valid ID for each guest who will be staying at the facility.

CHECK OUT:

The apartment, unless otherwise agreed with the property must be vacated by 10 a.m.Remember on departure to close all lights, air conditioning, windows and that the door is securely locked.Keys will be left on the bench at the entrance.

RULES:

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the house, you may do so on the terrace taking care to properly dispose of ashes and butts.

Animals are not allowed unless otherwise agreed with the property.

Loss or failure to return keys refund € 100 for the damage done.

It is forbidden to stay in the house in a larger number than booked.

It is forbidden to let in outsiders without the consent of the property.

The accommodation is delivered clean and functional, the guest will be responsible for its integrity.Upon return they will have to leave the accommodation in an acceptable condition.

Extra cleaning and linen changes are provided upon request for a  fee.

Guests are required to observe the common rules regarding quietness by avoiding noise, disturbing shouting. Particular silence must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m

It is forbidden to organize parties.

The client  exonerates the Host from any liability for direct or indirect damages that may result from unforeseen interruptions of essential services such as electricity, gas and water.

We disclaim any responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of items of your property left in the apartment, or for any injuries ,damage to persons or property occurred inside Maison D'Or.

THIS REGULATION HAS IMMEDIATE VALIDITY 

THE 'FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY ONE OF THE RULES DESCRIBED INVOLVES THE TERMINATION OF THE RESERVATION AND THE REMOVAL OF GUESTS FROM THE MAISON D'OR WITH THE LOSS OF WHEN ALREADY' PAID.
